John is well-known and respected for his instruction and coaching of the game of golf. Throughout his career, John has given more than 28,000 golf lessons. He is a four-time winner of the Indiana PGA Teacher of the Year Award (1988, 1991, 1994, 2007).

John has been recognized by Golf Digest, Best Teachers in America and State, as the #1 Teacher in the State of Indiana 16 times. He has instructed and coached many students who have won several local, state, and national titles.
